Job description

We are proud to be working on behalf of our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm, to recruit a Paralegal to join their thriving Property Development Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in property law and is keen to develop their legal career within a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll be part of a busy team advising on a variety of residential and commercial development projects for clients across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and evolving area of law, with exposure to quality work and real responsibility from the outset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents including contracts, reports on title, and supporting paperwork

  • Conducting property-related due diligence such as searches, reviewing title documentation, and preparing land registry applications

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties in relation to ongoing transactions

  • Managing a small caseload of more routine matters under supervision

  • Keeping matters well organised and helping to progress transactions efficiently

What we’re looking for:

  • A law degree (or equivalent)

  • A keen interest in property and development work

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

  • A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team

Why join our client?

Our client offers a progressive working environment where employee wellbeing and development are a genuine priority. Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary and annual profit share for all employees

  • Generous holiday allowance, including your birthday off

  • Private medical insurance and access to mental health and wellbeing support

  • Three days’ paid volunteering leave annually to support causes you care about

  • Flexible and hybrid working options to support work/life balance

  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression opportunities

This is a great chance to join a team where your work makes a real difference — not only to clients but also to the wider community. Whether you’re a recent law graduate or an early-career paralegal looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
