We are proud to be working on behalf of our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm, to recruit a Paralegal to join their thriving Property Development Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in property law and is keen to develop their legal career within a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll be part of a busy team advising on a variety of residential and commercial development projects for clients across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and evolving area of law, with exposure to quality work and real responsibility from the outset.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents including contracts, reports on title, and supporting paperwork
Conducting property-related due diligence such as searches, reviewing title documentation, and preparing land registry applications
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties in relation to ongoing transactions
Managing a small caseload of more routine matters under supervision
Keeping matters well organised and helping to progress transactions efficiently
What we’re looking for:
A law degree (or equivalent)
A keen interest in property and development work
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team
