Paralegal – Private Equity | Birmingham | Hybrid Working. A private equity firm is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team. Responsibilities

• Assist with the review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Assist with release letters
• Obtain and maintain post-completion legal documentation
• Update and manage the securities register and securities database
• Produce reports, memos, letters, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
• Conduct legal research using recognised tools and databases
