A leading legal firm is seeking a motivated Paralegal for its Private Client department in Warwickshire. You will support solicitors in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals, handling tasks from drafting documents to managing probate processes. THE ROLE:
• Supporting solicitors on a range of matters including Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate planning and administration
• Drafting documents, preparing bundles, and managing correspondence
• Conducting legal research and assisting with client reporting
• Helping to manage probate and trust administration processes
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties
• Keeping files and databases up to date and well-organised
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will have a genuine interest in private client work, including tax, trusts and estate planning
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and clients
• Proactive, enthusiastic and thrives in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a private client team or legal support role is desirable but not essential – we value attitude, aptitude and a willingness to learn.
