Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join their friendly Private Client team, providing support with a variety of tasks and duties. They are recognized in the top 10 "Best Large Law Firms to Work For" category.

About the Private Client Team

The team specializes in advising on preparing wills, managing estates, and wealth preservation. This role offers a great opportunity to develop legal skills and knowledge within a growing, supportive team. You will work on a broad range of matters, including file management, research, client meetings, and drafting basic documents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drafting documents and letters of advice to clients under supervision
  2. Drafting and completing basic legal documents and forms with limited supervision
  3. Researching legal issues on behalf of fee earners
  4. Preparing document bundles for fee earners
  5. Managing administrative tasks such as coordinating seminars, handling initial advice queries, and passing messages to fee earners
  6. Managing client/matter files, including filing, opening, preparing client care letters, and archiving
  7. Attending client meetings and taking notes
  8. Liaising with clients via telephone and email
  9. Undertaking additional duties as required
Candidate Requirements

  • Prior paralegal experience is advantageous
  • Law Degree or relevant experience in a private client team
