We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Paralegal to assist in our busy Private Client department. The work will involve all aspects of private client matters, including preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, the winding up of Estates (both testate and intestate) and some Family Trust work. The sensitive and complex nature of this area of law requires excellent people, legal, and administrative skills.
We are a small, friendly, and inclusive firm, and we are keen to hear from candidates who will fit in with our collaborative approach to work but who are able to manage their own case load with appropriate supervision.
This is a full-time position that will be Office-based. You will be required to attend out of office appointments, and therefore a full, valid UK driving licence would be beneficial.
Salary will be based on your experience and will be open to discussion. In addition, the successful candidate will benefit from the firm’s private health care package.
