Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking a senior Paralegal (Private Client) in the West Midlands. You will join a friendly, supportive private client team and work with solicitors and partners on a varied caseload with a degree of autonomy.

The role focuses on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trust administration, demanding excellent client care and meticulous organisation. PQE around ten years is expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a private client department.
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration.
• Be highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

THE ROLE

• This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal with substantial private client experience to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work.
• You will play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• You will assist with a varied private client caseload to include, Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust administration and general private client support and client liaison

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Paralegals with a minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department.
• Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
• Be highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters
