ENL Legal Recruitment is partnering with a friendly private client team in the West Midlands to recruit an experienced Paralegal (Private Client). The role offers autonomy while supporting solicitors and partners on a varied caseload.

Key duties include wills, probate, estate planning, and trust administration, with a strong emphasis on client care and high-quality work. A senior paralegal with 10+ years' private client experience is sought.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in a private client department.
• Strong knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration.

THE ROLE

• This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal with substantial private client experience to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work.
• You will play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• You will assist with a varied private client caseload to include, Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust administration and general private client support and client liaison

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Paralegals with a minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department.
• Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration
• Be highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
