Job Description:

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

The Commercial Litigation team in Sheffield handles a variety of contract and property disputes for both commercial and individual clients.

The role will sit within the Property team, which specialises in cases involving trespass, nuisance, property damage, breach of covenant, and landlord and tenant claims. These claims are usually funded by Legal Expenses Insurance, so the role involves dealing with insurers as well as clients.

As a Paralegal in Property Litigation, you’ll manage your own caseload and develop strong relationships with your clients. You’ll need confidence to handle matters from the outset, being approachable and efficient to resolve issues quickly for our clients.

• Previous paralegal experience is desirable but not essential
• Preferably some experience within Litigation or Property Law
• Empathy and compassion to help guide clients through challenging circumstances
