Job summary

Volvo Group seeks a Paralegal Intern to gain hands-on legal and business experience across multiple areas of law within the Legal & Compliance team. You will review contracts, implement regulatory changes, draft policies, and support various team projects.

The role emphasizes on‑the‑job training, exposure to Volvo Financial Services, and networking opportunities across functions to build a strong foundation for a legal career.

Qualifications

• 2 years completed - Placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
• Studying for a qualifying law degree (LLB).
• Academic grades on track for a first or 2:1 in your chosen studies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to research changes in legal development.

As a Paralegal Intern, you'll work across different areas of law, gaining hands‑on legal and business experience while supporting the Legal & Compliance team.

Eligibility & Experience

• 2 years completed - Placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
• Studying for a qualifying law degree (LLB).
• Academic grades on track for a first or 2:1 in your chosen studies., You have strong analytical skills and understand how to research changes in legal development.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel with an interest in learning new systems.
• You are motivated and willing to learn, develop, and contribute quickly, demonstrating independence in your work.
• Confident with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
• A strong interest in how an in‑house legal function operates in the business sector.
