Volvo Group in Warwick is offering a 12-month Paralegal Intern placement within Volvo Financial Services. You will work across the Legal & Compliance team, gaining hands-on experience in corporate and contract law.

The role focuses on updating templates, implementing regulatory changes, drafting internal policy documentation, and supporting day-to-day legal tasks while building business understanding. We seek candidates in the 2nd–3rd year of a qualifying law degree (LLB) with strong research,

Qualifications

• Two years completed – placement between 2nd & 3rd year of your degree.
• Studying for a qualifying law degree (LLB).
• Academic grades on track for a first or 2:1 in your chosen studies.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating contractual templates to reflect changes in legislation.
• Identifying and implementing changes to business processes in response to regulatory change.
• Drafting internal policy documentation, briefing notes and training materials to educate the business on legal issues and best practice.
• Participation in additional stand‑alone team projects.
• Providing general assistance to other members of the legal team.
• Conducting legal research and presenting findings clearly and concisely.
