We are seeking expressions of interest from Paralegals with experience in Intellectual Property, including both commercial and litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional legal environment where you can further develop your paralegal skills.

Requirements:

• Experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple cases
• Previous experience in trademarks and patents
• Strong knowledge of case management and court preparation
• Document Management: Organise, review, and prepare documents, including e-discovery, ensuring they meet legal requirements and are ready for production
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to assist in case analysis, including gathering case law, statutes, and regulations

About you:

• Experience as a Paralegal in both commercial and litigation matters
• Ability to work full time Monday - Friday
• Strong organisational skills to manage numerous files and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
• A team player, willing to help others when necessary
• Accuracy and attention to detail

A competitive salary range of £33-38k per annum DOE within the London area.
