Forbes Solicitors LLP in Preston is seeking a Paralegal to join the Housing & Regeneration (Litigation) team at Gordon House Office. The role is full-time (36.25 hours) with potential hybrid working, offering a collaborative and professional environment and opportunities to develop in law.

You will support Advisors with chargeable work, conduct legal research, draft documents, manage matters to meet deadlines, and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Essential A-Levels including Law and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Advisors through chargeable legal work and document prep.
• Ensure timely progress of matters, monitor deadlines, and inform clients.
• Draft legal documents requiring analysis and input.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support matter strategy.
• Provide informed legal advice under supervision to resolve queries.
• Attend external meetings, hearings, and client meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate records in the case management system and assist with admin duties.
