Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a diligent paralegal to support an established real estate finance team focused on property security for lenders and borrowers.

You will assist with identifying titles, obtaining Land Registry documents, conducting due diligence and title checks, performing searches, and handling pre- and post-completion work, with reporting to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 2:1 law degree required or expected.
• LPC completed or in progress is desirable.
• Document management experience is desirable.

The role

You will support an established team that handles property security for lenders and borrowers. Work includes identifying titles, obtaining Land Registry documents, due diligence and title checks, searches, pre and post completion work and reporting to clients and partners.

What you will need

Good drafting and research, strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle a heavy workload. A 2:1 law degree, LPC and document management experience are desirable.
