Our market-leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions, and immigration law. Our clients include some of the UK's largest and most well-known employers. The quality of our clients and our strong relationships with them reflect the high standard of service we provide.
Your primary role will be to handle straightforward wages, unfair dismissal, and discrimination claims, as well as provide case support to the employment team in Liverpool.
This list is not exhaustive; you will be expected to perform other duties within the broader scope of the role. As a Paralegal, you will also ensure compliance with Weightmans and client policies and procedures, working consistently in accordance with our values.
You will have previous experience as a Paralegal and a genuine interest in employment law. Since the role is varied, we seek someone with a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to different tasks. Additionally, you should have:
