Job Description

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to join our friendly Taunton office, supporting our highly ranked Commercial Property department.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with producing reports on title in understandable language for clients
  • Summarising complex title documents and leases
  • Reviewing conveyancing searches
  • Supporting senior team members with drafting sale and purchase agreements and managing completions and post-completion formalities
  • Participating in ad hoc projects with supervision to develop your legal skills

It is essential to comply with data security and firm policies.

Ideal Candidate

You should demonstrate potential, ambition, and interest in land law and real property. A law or GDL graduate with a good legal grounding is preferred, ideally having completed the LPC. At least 6 months’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in property is desirable. You must be self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines. A team player who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail will succeed in this role.
