As a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and senior solicitors in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will involve the running of a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial, always under supervision and in line with current company policies and legal requirements. You will accept delegated tasks on other similar cases as directed by the Senior solicitor, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to assist the team in settling the cases.
