Are you passionate about helping people through complex legal challenges? We’re growing our Clinical Negligence team and are seeking a detail-driven, client-focused Paralegal to join us.

What you'll bring:
  1. Good knowledge of Personal Injury Law and Civil Procedure Rules – both practical and procedural
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills – confident dealing with clients, experts, and third parties
  3. Understanding of data protection and a responsible approach to sensitive information
  4. Confident IT skills – experienced with Case Management Systems, databases, and standard office software
  5. Experience working with the general public – empathetic, professional, and collaborative
  6. A legal qualification (Degree, CILEX or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
  7. Previous fee-earning experience is a bonus but not required
