We are currently seeking a talented Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence Team, assisting with clinical negligence claims.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide legal and administrative support to fee earners on client matters.
  2. Manage a high volume of work from multiple lawyers, adapting to their individual needs and priorities.
  3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
  4. Produce complex documents, briefs, and witness statements in clear English.
  5. Research legal concepts and apply understanding within your Practice Group.
  6. Ensure proper file management, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with case management systems.
  7. Support senior lawyers with meetings involving clients, counsel, and expert witnesses.
About You
  • Knowledge of basic legal concepts from legal education (e.g., undergraduate law, LPC, GDL, ILEX) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems such as Mattersphere and Aderant.
  • Excellent typing, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Logical, analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness, motivation, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
