What you'll bring:
A good knowledge of Personal Injury Law andCivil Procedure Rules – both practical and procedural
Strong interpersonal andnegotiation skills – you're confident dealing with clients, experts, and third parties
An understanding ofdata protection and a responsible approach to working with sensitive information
ConfidentIT skills – you're experienced with Case Management Systems, databases, and standard office software
Experience working with the general public – you’re empathetic, professional, and collaborative
A legalqualification (Degree, CILEX or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
Previous fee-earning experience is a bonus – but not a requirement
