Paralegal – Banking Finance Team (Belfast)

A leading Belfast law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, technical area of law, supporting on a range of banking transactions and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with drafting and reviewing loan agreements and security documents
2. Support solicitors in transactional matters, including due diligence
3. Liaise with clients, lenders, and external counsel
4. Maintain and manage case files and document bundles

About You:

1. A law degree and minimum 6 months experience as a Paralegal (Legal Professional, Legal Executive)
2. Previous legal experience, ideally in banking, finance, or commercial law is an advantage
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. A legal qualification is desirable but not essential
