We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a talented Paralegal Apprentice to join our Banking team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain some hands-on legal experience alongside a team of highly regarded professionals, and to work with some large commercial clients.

The successful candidates will study towards the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship standard with University of Law. Applicants must not have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level or above.

We will provide full training and support for these positions, including allocating dedicated supervisors and buddies to you.

The role will develop with training and experience, but we expect Paralegal Apprentices to be involved with assisting fee earners in some of the below aspects:

Managing data and records;
Reviewing and preparing documents;
Collating completion papers;
Drafting forms and legal documentation;
Communicating orally and in writing with a variety of recipients; and
Providing support to fee earners

The Team

Gateley is a legal and professional services group, with over 580 professional advisers. We support more than 5,700 active clients, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private individuals, in the UK and beyond.

The Person

Applicants will need to have at least five GCSE's graded A* - C/9 - 4 or equivalent and have achieved at least three A-Levels at graded A* - C or equivalent UCAS points. You will be required to take the Land Law module during the first year of their apprenticeship.
