A dynamic marketing agency seeks a full-time paralegal to support its shared service legal & business affairs team. The role, primarily hybrid, involves assisting with influencer contracts and reviewing NDAs, making it ideal for those interested in media and IP law. Remuneration/ Pay rate: London Living Wage p.a. pro rata
Location: Hybrid T/W/Th in-office 135 Bishopsgate, EC2M. M/F working from home or in-office as preferred.
Details: We are looking for a full-time paralegal who will work as part of this group shared service legal & business affairs team supporting IPG’s Specialised Communications & Experiential marketing agencies’: Weber Shandwick (www.thewebershandwickcollective.com ), GOLIN (www.golin.com ), Octagon (www.octagon.com ) and Jack Morton (www.jackmorton.com ); and the FutureBrand (www.futurebrand.com ) agency group’s, offices across EMEA and APAC. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a keen interest in media, commercial or intellectual property law and would suit those requiring experience to secure a training contract. This rotating role has an excellent track record of previous paralegals utilising the skills and experience gained over a short period to secure their next role and ultimately qualifying into the profession.
You should have passed or be undertaking the SQE/LPC/BVC and should possess some of the following qualities:
In addition to general paralegal tasks and some group support admin, as a core part of the role, you will be tasked with assisting agencies to conclude standard low-level influencer contracts and undertake first-line review of NDA. Prior experience of contract review and drafting and an interest and understanding of influencer marketing and related social media platforms is therefore of particular interest.
