Our Fraud team at DWF is currently hiring for a Paralegal.

About the role

The team mainly deals with Insurance Fraud and handles a litigated caseload of files including Motor, MOJ, Portal, and Personal Injury.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Actioning all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols.
  2. Handling technical aspects of cases under the supervision of partners or associates.
  3. Ensuring that financial targets are met.
  4. Using the Case Management system (Visualfiles) and standard documentation appropriately.
  5. Proactively progressing cases to satisfactory and speedy settlements in accordance with client requirements.

The role is located in the North of England, with a hybrid working pattern from either our Leeds, Manchester, or Liverpool offices.

About you

An ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in insurance fraud work and have experience in a similar role or environment. Strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines are essential.
