Job Title: ParalegalLocation: Portsmouth or Washington UK - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: up to 37,630 dependent on skills and experienceWhat you'll be doing:Drafting/reviewing/revising/proofreading a wide variety of contracts and supporting contract negotiations, with the supervision of the solicitors in the teamAssisting in the implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure complianceDeveloping, updating, and maintaining contract templates, forms, and guidelinesDrafting and updating training materials and supporting the delivery of training on several topicsConducting legal research and communicating the output of the research to other members of the Legal team and business stakeholdersProviding written and verbal advice to Commercial and Supply Chain teams on contractual and legal mattersManaging miscellaneous administrative tasks for the Legal team and

You will be collaborating closely with other members of the Maritime & Land Defence Solutions Legal team and alongside senior stakeholders within the wider organisation both within the business and at
Group level, often on complex work streams. You will also have to build a network of professional relationships with the key stakeholders and your direct team.
