Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role located in Seaham.

Must have previous experience in Conveyancing with strong attention to detail. Working on freehold and leasehold residential properties.

Demonstrable experience. Training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Law and ability to provide legal support
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Research on Title documents
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Seaham
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
• Paralegal certification or relevant education in legal studies
  

Salary from £25,000 to £30,000 for the right candidate.
