ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic in-house legal team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their career in the commercial property sector.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Manage commercial real estate letting transactions from start to finish.
2. Prepare, review, and complete commercial tenancy agreements.
3. Draft and verify documentation related to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
4. Conduct legal research and provide informed advice on property law matters.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
6. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
7. Collaborate with the in-house legal team, internal stakeholders, and external clients to facilitate seamless transactions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

1. LPC qualification completed.
2. Solid understanding of property law fundamentals.
3. Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Highly motivated, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
5. Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
6. Proficient in drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements or other legal documents.
