A leading postal services organization is seeking a Paralegal in London to support their Commercial & Technology Legal Team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of legal experience and a law degree. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, handling contracts, and managing legal queries. About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you’ll support the Commercial & Technology team by providing legal advice and helping improve how legal services are delivered across the business.
You will also:
• Take the lead on incoming legal queries—sorting, prioritising, and helping direct them to the right people.
• Offer commercial legal advice, either on your own or alongside colleagues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, plus digging into legal research when needed.
• Keep contract templates and standard terms up to date and fit for purpose.
• Work with external law firms and helping manage billing and queries.
• Support the rollout of new legal tools and smarter ways of working.
• Contribute to the team’s goals, values, and overall direction.
• Pitch in across other legal areas when needed.
About You:
• Law degree or equivalent industry-recognised professional paralegal qualification (e.g. qualifying degree & LPC, CILEX)
• Experienced in an in-house legal team or in a commercial law firm.
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to take initiative.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with legal systems.
• Positive, solutions-focused, and eager to help.
• Able to judge when to escalate and when to run with it.
• A confident communicator, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
