We’re seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic in-house Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for the Acquisition team, particularly concerning UT agreements.
  • Investigate titles and verify land ownership.
  • Draft and negotiate management agreements, ensuring timely delivery within KPIs.
  • Approve and manage contracts via our property contract platform, Precisely.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of completed agreements and documents.
  • Deliver training on UT agreements and other legal matters to colleagues.

This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience, working closely with various teams and contributing to our growing UT portfolio.

  • 1-2 years’ paralegal experience in commercial property.
