G2 Legal Limited in Inverness is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join an established team advising individuals and families on a range of private client matters.

You will draft wills and powers of attorney, assist with executry and estate administration, and support guardianship applications. Strong client care and organisational skills are essential in a varied workload.

• Private client experience in Scots law is essential.
• Experience with wills, executries, powers of attorney and guardianships.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage a varied workload.

• Draft wills and powers of attorney.
• Assist with executry and estate administration.

• Prepare documents and correspondence for clients, courts and third parties.
