Litigation Paralegal/Legal Executive

Our small and friendly High Street client law firm based in Harpenden is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Executive for their Litigation Department. The successful candidate will preferably be able to assist in the following areas:

1. Access injunctions
2. Assisting with possession notices and claims
3. Preparing disclosure lists and bundles
4. Handling smaller tasks/claims for existing clients
5. Assisting with witness statements
6. Attending court sessions with instructed counsel
7. Managing simple debt claims

Ideal candidates will have a pleasant personality, be able to work well within a team, be bright, willing to learn, and possess a good command of written English.

Additional Details:

• Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (including one hour for lunch)
• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
