We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Manchester.
This is a phone-based position, involving taking instructions from new potential clients regarding their clinical negligence claims.
We expect you to be confident and professional on the phone, able to control the call, offer support, and demonstrate empathy. Your role includes gathering necessary information, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information regarding clients' claims.
Supporting our fee earners, we prefer candidates with experience or interest in clinical negligence matters such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injuries, and misdiagnosis.
You should have a basic understanding of clinical negligence law and a passion for this legal area. A graduate or GDL background is required. The role involves working alternating shifts: 8am – 4pm and 10am – 6pm.
