Job summary

MRA Search is seeking an in-house paralegal in London with 2+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience, focused on transactional work including acquisitions, disposals and financing. The role reports to the Legal Counsel and supports a team in the affordable housing sector.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid setup with four days in the office in Central London.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ real estate experience (commercial and/or residential).
• Experience in real estate sales, purchases and financing.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple transactions with an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on transactional real estate matters including acquisition, disposal and financing of properties under the instruction of Legal Counsel.

About the Role

Reporting to the Legal Counsel, this role will be predominantly focused on transactional real estate work, including the acquisition, disposal and financing of a range of properties.

Qualifications

• Our client is interested in talking to real estate paralegals with at least 2 years’ relevant real estate experience
• Commercial/residential real estate experience in the context of sales, purchases and financing is essential
• Requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, has an excellent eye for detail, and who enjoys running multiple projects/transactions
