Job summary

Marks Sattin seeks an in-house Paralegal to join the Legal and Governance team of a fast-growing Financial Services firm in London. The role provides corporate governance support and hands-on legal work within a dynamic in-house environment.

You will prepare board packs, coordinate board meetings, take minutes and review commercial contracts, enabling robust governance and contract oversight for the business.

Qualifications

• Currently working in-house as a Paralegal.
• Experience working on co-sec and contract review matters.
• Completed their Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.

We are working with a fast-growing, Financial Services business who is looking to bring in an In-House Paralegal to join their Legal and Governance team. You will be providing legal and corporate governance support including preparing board packs, coordinating board meetings, taking minutes, and reviewing commercial contacts. The successful candidate:
