How will you contribute?

  • Providing general legal and administrative support to the Legal team based in London;
  • Primary responsibility for general administrative support duties, including coordinating document signature, arranging meetings, filing documents and processing invoices and purchase orders;
  • Contract management including monitoring deadlines and managing the database of contracts;
  • Company secretarial support, including working with the global teams;
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts;
  • Research;
  • Data protection support, including working with the Group Privacy team;
  • Trade mark portfolio and domain name administration and anti-counterfeiting activities;
  • Updating electronic databases;
  • Other ad hoc paralegal/admin duties.

Required Skills:

  • You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours.
  • Minimum qualification of a UK law degree (or non law degree and GDL) and, preferably, LPC or SQE.
  • Previous paralegal or similar experience.
  • Italian and/or French language skills advantageous although not essential.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment, be organised and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong time management/priority management skills.
  • Team player who has flexibility and is willing to go the extra mile.
  • High level of integrity and discretion is essential.
