Moore Barlow is currently seeking a Paralegal to join and support our leading (Tier 1 - Legal 500) Corporate Team, based in Southampton.

Our Corporate Team provides advice and support to a range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to large PLCs looking to lower their legal costs. Our client base comprises a wide variety of sectors, including TMT, financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.

We are currently seeking a Paralegal with drive and enthusiasm to join our leading team. You will support other fee earner on caseload of mixed corporate matters (including mergers, acquisitions & disposals, MBOs & MBIs, and private equity) while supporting the Partners with higher-value and more complex instructions.

Our Paralegals are a crucial part of the Corporate and Commercial team, handling a blend of chargeable and non-chargeable tasks. They support other senior fee earners on intricate legal matters while also managing their own caseload. This includes fee-earning responsibilities and broader tasks such as contributing to marketing and business development, writing articles, conducting legal research, using networking platforms, and maintaining databases. Paralegals also help organise networking events, fostering valuable client relationships and enhancing the firms presence in the corporate sector.
