The Role:

• Manage a varied caseload of executry matters from start to finish
• Liaise with clients and external parties to progress files efficiently and compassionately
• Draft and prepare legal documents including Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Support senior solicitors and the wider private client team with estate administration
• Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory standards

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal – Executry Team or in a similar private client legal role
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Team player with a positive and proactive mindset
