Join a leading semiconductor company as a Paralegal (Contract Data Entry)!

Job Overview: Our client’s contracts with their partners are complex, nuanced, and held as written documents. Their system allows them to capture and codify sales contracts, enabling various business analytics and reporting use-cases. Paralegals are critical to ensuring the system is always up-to-date and accurate by reviewing contracts, understanding the nuances, and validating the data within contracts.

• Daily Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)
• Location: Cambridge (hybrid working – 3 days per week on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse new sales contracts, identifying specific contractual terms, obligations, payments, etc.
• Accurately load new sales contracts into the Gandalf system and run validation processes.
• Validate sales contracts loaded into Gandalf by other Paralegals.
• Collaborate with licensing teams to answer questions and ensure contract accuracy.
• Work with software engineers to assess data quality.
• Support AI adoption across our commercial flow to speed up and optimise processes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with and interpreting legal contracts.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Well-organised and able to work independently.
• Experience with contract processes in SAP and Docusign.
• Familiarity with commercial contracts, including licenses, royalties, and royalty management.
• Knowledge of intellectual property.
• 2+ years of experience (more senior candidates preferred).
