Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent law graduate or junior legal professional to begin a career in diverse and dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of legal and commercial matters.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist with the drafting, reviewing, and organising of contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research to support the team’s advisory work.
  • Help manage legal documentation, trackers and processes within the team.
  • Provide support to the Legal team to enable it to carry out its day to day operations, including taking some meeting notes.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal reports and presentations on legal and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with internal teams across development, construction, and operations.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent experience
  • A genuine interest in renewable energy.
  • Strong research, writing, and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
