Your Role and Responsibilities

Our experienced Planning and Environmental team provides top legal advice on planning and environmental issues. Recognized nationally by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and Planning Magazine, led by Claire Petricca-Riding, one of the UK's top 100 environmental practitioners (ENDS Power List).

The team has extensive experience across sectors including development (commercial, residential, retirement living), education, retail, logistics, manufacturing, and waste management.

Recent projects include:

• Complex Section 106 Agreements for multi-use residential developments
• Due diligence for major property portfolio refinancing
• Judicial review of mining schemes
• Planning enforcement for luxury residential projects
• Brownfield redevelopment for city centre regeneration
• Environmental liability advice for port groups
• Environmental liability advice during acquisitions for PLCs
• Odour statutory nuisance claims
• Prosecution by the Environment Agency for waste management
• Regeneration projects for university campuses
• Environmental due diligence and statutory agreement negotiations for PRS developers

As a Paralegal, you will assist Solicitors in delivering high-quality legal advice and services to our clients.

This role is based in Crawley, Chichester, Manchester, Brighton, or Liverpool.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Planning and Environmental or Real Estate paralegal roles
• Friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
