About the Firm:
MCS are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, a reputable legal firm specialising in personal injury law, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal. Known for their client-centred approach and commitment to successful outcomes, they are looking to expand their team with a motivated professional who is passionate about personal injury law.

The Role:
As a Paralegal, you'll be instrumental in supporting solicitors with a wide variety of personal injury/motor claims cases. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail and a client-focused approach, who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing case files, including drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and evidence gathering to support case preparation
  • Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and other key contacts
  • Provide updates and handle inquiries from clients regarding case progress
  • Support the team in settlement negotiations and trial preparations


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as a paralegal - ideally personal injury but not essential
  • Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Proficient with case management software and Microsoft Office
