The role covers consumer complaints, litigation and regulatory projects, with close collaboration across the business and a requirement to support the Company Secretary and governance processes.
You will assist with Board packs, minutes and governance logistics, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of documents.

FCE Bank plc seeks an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal Office in Dunton, Essex. Revised Position Overview Work collaboratively with members of the FCE Legal Office and business teams to assist with consumer complaints and litigation, conduct legal research, provide support to the Company Secretary and deliver other key support for the Legal team.
Have a law degree from a UK university or a degree and passed the PGDL or have at least three years' experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or bank.
