Future Prospects Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Panel Wirer in Grantham for a full-time, permanent role. The position requires experience wiring electrical control panels, working from schematic and GA drawings, and performing mechanical assembly.

The successful candidate will lead where needed and work both in a team and independently to a high standard. The role includes day shifts, on-site parking, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Electrical control panel wiring experience (5+ years).
• Leadership skills/experience.
• Ability to read and follow schematic drawings.
• Experience with GA's and fabrication drawings.
• Team-based and independent work to high standards.
• Mechanical assembly and building panels.
• Fitting components and preparing wires.
• Good use of hand tools.
• Soldering knowledge and experience.

THE ROLE

The ideal Panel Wirer will have the ability to work both within a team and on your own initiative producing work to the highest standard, key duties & personal attributes will include:

• Electrical control panel wiring experience 5 years
• Leadership skills / experience
• The ability to read and follow schematic drawings
• Working to other technical drawings (e.g. GA's, fabrication)
