Job description

Job Title: Panel Wirer

Location: St. Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19.

Rate: £20.00 per hour PAYE or £26.10 LTD

Duration: 6 months initially – with potential for longer-term employment

Residency: UK

The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Panel Wirer to join a team of 4. The responsibilities include:

1. Working from engineering drawings to build DCS cabinets and assemble control panels with components and trunking (Rittal cabinets).
2. Performing crimping, terminating, and looming work.
3. Using hand tools competently.
4. Maintaining good communication skills.
5. Adhering to Health & Safety standards.
6. Assisting with strip, clean, and pack activities within the System Assembly and Design team.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to work from engineering drawings to fit and wire panels.

Desirable:

• Willingness to support onshore and offshore project hardware activities (offshore training provided).

Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 7 am, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
