The Vella Group is seeking an experienced Panel Technician in Haverfordwest. You will restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision, working in a modern workshop using manufacturer-approved repair techniques and the latest tools.

A strong focus on quality and safety will be essential to meet high standards and customer expectations. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000 per annum plus benefits and opportunities for career progression within a growing accident repair

Qualifications

• Experience in panel repairs within a busy accident repair or bodyshop.
• Desirable IMI/ATA or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out vehicle body repairs to manufacturer methods and standards.
• Repair and replace damaged panels using approved techniques and tools.
• Complete repairs safely and to agreed quality and productivity standards.
• Weld structural repairs adhering to industry requirements.
• Assess damage and communicate additional repair needs promptly.
• Collaborate with assessors, managers and colleagues to ensure first-time-right repairs.
