A proactive, team-focused approach is essential to thrive in this role. You will assess damage, determine repair methods, replace panels, and document work while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Panel Technician or Panel Beater
• Strong repair and replacement skills across vehicle makes
• ATA/NVQ/IMI or equivalent qualifications are desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence is required

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards
• Assess vehicle damage and determine effective repair methods
• Remove and refit body panels and components
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, to high quality standards
• Record all work accurately in line with procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction
