Solus is seeking a skilled Panel Technician / Panel Beater at our Castleford site. You will own structural and non-structural repairs, restoring vehicles to a safe, high-quality standard and supporting the repair journey from bodywork to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Practical experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater in automotive or accident repair environments.
• Confidence working with panels, structures and repair methods.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Repair and reshape damaged panels using recognised panel beating techniques.
• Carry out removal, replacement and alignment of vehicle body panels.
• Follow manufacturer methods and repair standards to ensure safety and quality.
• Work collaboratively with Paint, MET and production teams to keep repairs flowing.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and professional standards.
