HP4 RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Panel Technician / Panel Beater for a full-time, permanent role in Dunfermline. You will work in a busy automotive bodyshop, performing high-quality crash repairs and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition.

The role offers a competitive £24 per hour rate with uncapped bonus potential and the chance to advance in a growing workshop, backed by modern facilities and ongoing EV training.

Qualifications

• ATA / NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair required or equivalent
• Experience in accident/crash repair and vehicle body repair
• Ability to weld, jig and perform panel replacements to high standards

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles
• Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration
• Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels
• Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs
• Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages
• Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards

About the Role

Our client, a leading business within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop sector, is looking for an experienced ATA Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join their busy workshop.

This role suits a skilled bodyshop technician with a background in vehicle repair, accident damage, and automotive body restoration. Youll be working on a range of vehicles carrying out high-quality crash repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition.

With a consistent flow of work and an uncapped bonus structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a panel beater or panel technician to maximise earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles
• Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration
• Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels
• Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs
• Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages
• Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity
