We’re currently looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join our expert team at Steer Colchester.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out structural and panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles

Using manufacturer repair methods and modern equipment to achieve quality, safety, and compliance

Collaborating with MET and paint departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

Maintaining consistent high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Upholding Steer’s commitment to excellence in customer service

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop setting

ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (preferred)

Good knowledge of modern repair techniques and materials

A strong team player with a positive attitude and professional approach

Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
