We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Panel Technician to join our high-performing team and help deliver outstanding results – first time, every time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out structural and non-structural repairs to vehicles
  • Remove and replace panels to manufacturer standards
  • Use a variety of welding and pulling techniques
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality
  • Collaborate with estimators, paint, and MET teams to deliver smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Technician within an automotive repair environment
  • ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable, not essential)
  • Excellent workmanship with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to teamwork
