Your Role

As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for returning damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using the latest tools, techniques, and manufacturer methods. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality panel repairs and replacements

Accurately assess damage and determine the most effective repair approach

Align, weld, and finish panels to precise manufacturer specifications

Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to BS10125 standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in automotive panel beating and body repair

Proficiency in welding, panel alignment, and metal finishing techniques

High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy workshop

SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred, but not essential)
